The reintroduction of direct flights between Johannesburg and Madrid by Spanish flag-carrier airline Iberia in August 2016 has resulted in a significant boost in travel between South Africa and Spain.

These newest domestic long-haul services are operated onboard the airline's leisure carrier Air Canada Rouge, which will be celebrating its fifth birthday on July 1.

American Airlines has announced the addition of non-stop, daily service from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to Grantley Adams International Airport beginning December 19th.

The New York-JFK to Martinique service will resume on October 28, 2018, with six flights, two flights more than the previous season.

COPA Airlines, in coordination with Tropic Air held a press conference at the Sunbreeze Hotel in Ambergris Caye.

This latest flight news comes on the heels of American’s recently-announced plans to increase service from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) to three times a week, also commencing Dec. 19.
