American Airlines has announced the addition of non-stop, daily service from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to Grantley Adams International Airport beginning December 19th.

The New York-JFK to Martinique service will resume on October 28, 2018, with six flights, two flights more than the previous season.

COPA Airlines, in coordination with Tropic Air held a press conference at the Sunbreeze Hotel in Ambergris Caye.

This latest flight news comes on the heels of American’s recently-announced plans to increase service from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) to three times a week, also commencing Dec. 19.

Delta Airlines and their partner, Aeromexico, announced on Tuesday that they are launching a seasonal flight route between Orlando and Monterrey for the summer season.

The airline already has nearly 500 crewmembers based in Puerto Rico who support JetBlue’s up to 48 daily flights between the island and 13 cities in the U.S. and Caribbean.
