Frontier Airlines and NCR Corporation have rolled out 75 NCR TouPort 70 kiosks to an additional 14 airports across the U.S. The deployment expands the existing footprint of Frontier Airlines’ kiosks, facilitating quick and convenient self-service check-in and other flight related services.

Southwest Airlines is more than doubling the number of markets able to connect to Mexico, through both Chicago Midway and Las Vegas. Twenty-six Southwest cities, primarily in the Northeast and Midwest, now connect to Volaris flights between Chicago Midway and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Gatwick Airport will soon get an extra weekly flight to the Caribbean island of Grenada. The new flight, which is operated by Virgin Atlantic, will depart on Mondays, beginning on October 31st 2011.

BA had previously run five flights a week from London Gatwick to St Lucia, but demand for flights to the idyllic Caribbean island has increased as holidaymakers look to get some sunshine during the grim British winter.
