Fred Olsen Cruise Lines announced that pop singer Lulu will perform in November on one of the line’s first departures from Portsmouth, England. Best known for singing the title song in the 1967 movie “To Sir, With Love,” starring Sidney Poitier, Lulu will perform with the Leo Green band. Green is a noted jazz saxophonist who has played with Van Morrison for 10 years, Jeff Beck, Jerry Lee Lewis and others.

MSC Cruises’ MSC Poesia will host a seven-night comedy theme cruise departing Fort Lauderdale on Jan 30. Among the guests will be comedian Scott Record, who does character impressions.
