As the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s (CTO) State of the Industry Conference(SOTIC) wound down Friday in Grenada, the formation of a Global Caribbean Tourism Recovery Team (GCTRT) is announced as officials address the question: “What’s next?”

The working group is a tourism response mechanism for member states that have been recently impacted by powerful natural disasters such as hurricanes, tropical storms and earthquakes.

The American multinational technology company IBM will present at the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO)’s State of the Tourism Industry Conference (SOTIC) which opens in Grenada next week.

The three-hour session on Oct. 12 will explore and examine the issues and key recommendations to be considered as the Caribbean rebuilds after the Category 5 storms.

Santo Domingo is ready to host the 21st edition of MITM Americas & 7th of CULTOURFAIR this November 14/17 at El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel.
