José Carlos de Santiago, Vice President of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy (AIBG) and President of the Excellence Group presented this August 14 in Ecuadorian news to the Academy of Gastronomy of Ecuador (AGE).

Issue 169 of the Excelencias magazine, whose content is dedicated to the 39th edition of the Fiesta del Fuego (Fire Festival) was presented Saturday at the Chapel of the Curatorship Office of the city of Santiago de Cuba.

Once again, Excelencias Group attends FITCuba, the International Tourism Fair of the largest of the Antilles, considered one of the most important in the hemisphere and the largest in the Caribbean basin.
