Serafina Beach Hotel is slated to open on Ashford Avenue in the Condado district of San Juan on Nov. 15.

Marriott International is still pursuing plans to renovate and manage the historic Hotel Inglaterra on the fringe of Old Havana and is looking for other hotel projects throughout Cuba.

Mandarin Oriental will enter the Caribbean in November when the luxury resort operator takes over the recently opened Pink Sands Club on Canouan Island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
