Grupo Posadas' hotel project in Chemuyil, Quintana Roo, Mexico has been canceled as a result of a failure to meet requirements.
Situated on Merrywing Bay on the island of Anguilla, The Reef by CuisinArt will debut in November 2016, featuring 80 suites directly on the Caribbean Sea.
The property will include 186 guestrooms, including 42 overwater villas along 457 acres of coastline that includes three miles of private white sand beaches.
Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club will be operating the luxurious five-star, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on Cabarete’s beach.
The 500-room hotel will mark the chain’s 14th property in the Dominican Republic market. It is slated to feature two pools, five restaurants, six bars, a spa and a children’s water park.
This project responds to the growing demand for accommodation in the Cuban capital, increasingly popular among vacationers from around the world.
