Atlantis Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas, will join Marriott International's Autograph Collection, a portfolio of more than 60 independent hotels. The 3,400-room Atlantis will be Autograph's first resort in the Bahamas and will be the largest hotel in the collection.

The property was developed by the Portuguese group Promovalor and Brazilian group Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias under a long-term management contract with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.

Located at 6261 Collins Avenue at 62nd Street, this contemporary, full-service hotel will feature 231 all-new guest rooms and is set within the quickly emerging sub-market known as ‘Millionaire’s Row’, that is filled with restaurants, nightlife, entertainment and shopping.

World-class luxury hotel brand Ritz-Carlton is in advanced negotiations to operate a multi-story hotel and condominium project in Turks and Caicos Islands, replacing the much-vaunted JW Marriott hotel and casino development which was earmarked for Grace Bay, on the island of Providenciales.
