Hawaii's visitor numbers are still rising: Total expenditures by visitors who came to Hawaii in July 2012 rose 17.8 percent (or $193.8 million) compared to the previous year to $1.28 billion, according to preliminary statistics released today by the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
