Mendoza: One of the Gems of Argentina’s Tourism

Caribbean News Digital Newsroom
The Argentine province of Mendoza, known worldwide for the quality of its wines and its balmy weather, usually shows up in some of the world’s most prestigious magazines and publications that speak volumes of the many allures it has to offer.
Top-of-the-line wines, pleasant climate all year round, the spectacular National Grape Harvest Festival, adventure tourism and, above all, friendly people, rank top on the list of Mendoza’s countless attractions. These and many other features make up the bulk of the province of Mendoza’s tourism.
Driven by this assortment of allures, Mendoza's prestigious tourism was highlighted by Forbes magazine, putting it fourth on a list of Latin America’s best travel destinations to visit in the course of 2021.

"Those who come to Argentina cannot miss out on an excellent glass of wine. And if it is wine and good living we’re talking about, then Mendoza is one of our best options. It is a source of pride, not only for Mendoza's men and women, but for the entire Argentine people, that this great national travel destination has made the Forbes list," said RicardoSosa, executive secretary of the National Institute for Tourism Promotion (INPROTUR).
Connectivity, infrastructure and the refurbishment of its offer for post-pandemic travelers were among the attributes Forbes magazine mentioned in its article, coupled with great airlift that includes a one-hour flight from Buenos Aires to Mendoza, one of the Great Wine Capitals of the World, a place that resembles paradise just as much as any modern traveler can picture it in their minds.
Just the thought of a sunny day in the face of jutting mountains, with an exquisite glass of Malbec or any other grape variety in hand, basking under a climate of remarkable inner peace, are part of what Argentina’s Mendoza is actually all about.
