Querétaro Kicks Off Mexico's Agenda at FITUR 2023

Just a few hours away from the tee-off of the FITUR 2023 International Tourism Trade Fair, some destinations are wasting no time and have begun to showcase their charms.
Such is the case of the Mexican state of Querétaro, which this Sunday at noon held a presentation for Spanish tour operators and media at the Casa de México in Spain, in Madrid.
The presentation was in charge of Ana Vega, Secretary of Tourism of Queretaro, who unveiled the curtains of a Mexican territory that is considered a geographical jewel of Mexico, possessing the most diverse tourist attractions for all tastes and interests aimed at those seeking an alternative in the center of the country.
From the rich mixture of the contemporary nature of its Creative Metropolis with the vibrant past of its Historic Center, to the natural wonders of its Sierra Gorda, to the culinary appeal of its Wine and Cheese Region or the pure air and tranquility of its Southern Forests and Fields, Queretaro is a destination that has something for everyone.
With a massive presence at every edition of FITUR, Mexico's states and regions stand out for their work in attracting tourism and capturing the interest of travel agencies and tour operators. Querétaro's presentation this Sunday underscores that statement.
Ms. Ana Vega has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, with courses and training in Problem Analysis and Decision Making, as well as in Human Rights and Gender.
She has developed professionally both in the private sector and in the State Government, where she was leader of Promotion Projects, coordinator of Special Projects and director of Tourism Promotion.
In her career, she has received several awards from the tourism service, including the National Award for Diversification of the Tourism Product, and the Quorum, actions that represent a growth factor for tourism in Querétaro.
