AMResorts Launches First Bilingual Facebook Campaign
AMResorts, provider of sales, marketing and brand management services for Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, and Secrets, Dreams, Now and Sunscape Resorts & Spas, launched a new Spanish social media marketing strategy with its first bilingual Facebook campaign called, “Why Huatulco.” The campaign, which runs until July 31, 2012, is featured on the English and Spanish Facebook pages for Secrets Huatulco Resort & Spa and Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa.
The “Why Huatulco” campaign highlights the top five reasons to love Huatulco and then asks participants to submit a photo or video with a comment explaining why they want to visit the destination for their next vacation. The grand prize includes a five-night stay for two at Secrets Huatulco or Dreams Huatulco, which will be awarded based on the entry with the most votes.
The newly launched Spanish social media marketing program includes Spanish Facebook and Twitter pages for each of the AMResorts properties in Mexico, which will be rolled out in phases over the next two months. The strategy is tailored specifically to consumers in Mexico and other Latin America countries, allowing Spanish-speaking fans to engage directly with the resorts through social media for the latest news, pictures, exclusive offers and more.
