Aruba Condo-Hotel to Open on Eagle Beach in March

Blue Residences, the first luxury resort to open on Aruba's Eagle Beach in 20 years, will open March 1.

Accommodations in the three-tower condo-hotel will range in size from one to five bedrooms, with kitchens, living space and a washer and dryer. Ground floor units will include a Jacuzzi terrace.

Oceanview hotel rooms (no kitchens) also are available. On-site facilities feature a private beach, two infinity pools, a spa, restaurant and bar, a mini-market and deli.

The first tower will open in March, the second in May and the third in January 2015. Agent commission on all bookings is 10%.
