Capella Hotels to Launch Marigot Bay Property Renovation

Capella Hotels and Resorts will launch a renovation project to re-brand St. Lucia’s Discovery at Marigot Bay resort as Capella Marigot Bay, St. Lucia. Capella Hotels acquired the resort in August of this year.

The project is slated for completion in September of 2014.  The 124-room resort, which will remain open during the renovation, features 57 suites with balconies and views of the bay.

The property incorporates Marigot Bay’s Capella Marina, which accommodates luxurious mega yachts, several offering exclusive charters for hotel guests. The region also features rainforests, water sports and activities including horseback riding, fishing, diving, hiking and climbing.
