Carnival to Enhance Cruise Terminals in Cuba

Carnival Corporation is willing and ready to enhance its cruise terminals in Cuba, according to Giora Israel, the company’s senior vice president for strategic planning. Just three days ago, the MV Adonia docked for the first time in Cuba within the framework of FITCuba 2016.

During a presentation of the cruise product, Mr. Israel expressed his satisfaction for forging ties with Cuba. “I spent the last twenty years studying this country, waiting for the right moment to make connections,” he said as he mentioned the advantages of this alliance for Cuba since Carnival is the world’s leading cruise company with over 50 percent of the industry’s business share worldwide.

Mr. Israel admitted that his likes thinking of this process as a new tomorrow that “must grow at the right pace.”
