Choice Hotels' Ascend Collection Adds First Guyana Hotel

Choice Hotels International's Ascend Hotel Collection of independent properties has added its first Guyana property with the 25-room Opus Hotel.

The hotel is located in Georgetown's Stabroek district and includes a restaurant and bar. The property also has two executive meetings rooms, and its kitchen will serve Caribbean specialties such as saltfish and rice as part of its free breakfast.

The Ascend Collection has 12 properties in the Caribbean.
