Construction to Start on Condo-Resort in Turks and Caicos

The $80 million Shore Club luxury resort and condominium project in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, is set to begin the first phase of construction in late fall.

The project will include 38 condos, priced from $1.3 million to $4.5 million, and private villas starting at $5.4 million as well as a resort with spa, restaurants and recreational activities.

The Shore Club is located on Long Bay Beach, approximately one mile east of Grace Bay Beach, where many resorts and condos are located.
