Grand Cayman’s Cotton Tree Hotel Offers “Cayman Cookout” Packages

The Cayman Islands’ Cotton Tree boutique cottage hotel is offering “Cayman Cookout” packages to guests attending the Dinner at the Grand Cayman’s Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink restaurant with guest chef Michel Nischan. The annual Cayman Cookout event features famous chefs, sommeliers, mixologists and culinary personalities; guest must purchase tickets to attend the event.

The packages offer three nights of accommodation for up to four guests in a Caymanian-inspired beach cottage, from Jan. 14 to 16, 2011, with complimentary daily breakfast, a facial treatment for two, and a basket of artisan, freshly baked cookies and pastries from award-winning executive pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith of Michael’s.

The rate starts at $1,570 and includes accommodations for up to four persons and a facial for two persons. Tickets for the dinner at Michael’s on Saturday should be purchased separately.
The Cotton Tree resort features exquisitely appointed, pastel-hued beachfront cottages surrounded by lush gardens and fruit trees, located steps from Cayman’s white-sand shorelines.
