Half Moon Debuts Multimillion-Dollar Renovation

Half Moon, A Rock Resort in Montego Bay, completed several enhancement projects that included the reopening of the historic Sugar Mill restaurant, lobby updates, the addition of a coffee shop called Lester's Cafe, and the renovation of the Cedar Bar and terrace overlooking the ocean.

The Sugar Mill, which is next to a 17th-century water mill, features farm-to-table menu options, charcoal-broiled Wagyu beef and 50-year-old Appleton Estate rum.

The 400-acre resort offers 197 rooms and 31 four- to seven-room villas. Winter rates start at $459 per room, per night, double.
