Hard Rock International is expanding its reach in North America with a Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach, Fla., expected to debut in 2016 in tandem with the 58th Annual Daytona 500. In February, Hard Rock announced that it would open a second property in California, this time in Palm Springs, joining the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.

The company said it will be the largest property in the market, with 250 hotel rooms, 100 condominium units with access to all hotel amenities and a Hard Rock Cafe.

Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach will be the brand’s fourth hotel in Florida. It will feature two rock star suites; Body Rock workout facility; Rock Spa; Rock Shop selling Hard Rock merchandise; and dining options including Hard Rock Cafe. The beachfront property will also feature a pool with a bar and grill and 28,000 square feet of ballroom and banquet facility space.

“Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach will offer the ability to showcase the brand across a wide array of offerings, including a recording studio for guests to access during their stay,” said Nelson Parker, senior director of development, Hard Rock International.

The Daytona Beach facility is being constructed in conjunction with Bayshore Capital.
