Iberostar Vacations Announces First Resort in Cancun

The 5-star Iberostar Cancun resort is located in the first line of the seaside and just 15 minutes away from Cancun Airport, aiming to become a landmark for tourism in the Caribbean, in both business and travel.

The cost of the initiative, including purchase and renovation, is over $100 million. The beachfront hotel features 426 rooms and villas, including 16 junior suites, four master suites, two villa beach suites, and a presidential suite.

Among the resort’s other features are seven infinity pools, a professional soccer field, two tennis courts, a spa, gym and beauty salon, a spectacular convention center and outdoor areas for events and social activities. It is also the only hotel in Cancun with an 18-hole golf course.

The hotel complex has a nearly 49,000-square-foot convention center, which is dividable into 22 different meeting space configurations. Over 60,000 square feet of outdoor area for events and social activities is also available.

Iberostar Cancun also features seven magnificent infinity pools, one soccer field, two tennis courts, one buffet restaurant, one snack bar, four specialty restaurants, one modern sports bar, one ice cream parlor and one cigar bar.

This property offers a complete activity program for the entire family that includes a kids' club.
