Kempinski Resort in Development on Dominica

Kempinski plans to open its first Caribbean resort on Dominica in 2018.

Groundbreaking for the Cabrits Resort Kempinski Dominica took place less than two months after tropical storm Erika devastated the island in September. The resort will be on the island’s northwest coast overlooking Douglas Bay.

Tourism Minister Robert Tonge called the development “a symbol of hope that will create additional employment, stimulate tourism, increase sales and revenues for businesses and merchants and instill a sense of pride in our people.”
