Kimpton Adds Fourth Hotel in Miami

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants added a fourth hotel in Miami, the Angler’s Boutique Resort in South Beach, which it will now manage. The property comprises 48 rooms in four stand-alone buildings.

Next year work will begin on an 83-room tower that will include a living-room style lobby and rooftop pool.

“South Florida has been an especially integral part of Kimpton’s growth story over the last five years as a market with high demand among our most loyal guests. We look forward to continuing our success here,” said Kimpton CEO and President Mike Depatie in a statement.

The property joins the EPIC, Surfcomber and Vero Beach Hotel and Spa.
