Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa in St. Bart to Open in October

Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa will open on Oct. 1 in Grand Cul de Sac, part of the nature reserve on St. Barts’ northeastern coast.

The new resort features 46 rooms and suites, many with heated plunge pools and all with drop-down screens that transform outdoor terraces into private interior enclaves.

Room interiors were designed by Sybille de Margery. Michelin-starred French chef Guy Martin will offer a light menu at Le Barth restaurant by day and island-inspired French cuisine at Aux Amis by night. Casual fare will be available at the poolside Le Turquoise.

“Our location is our inspiration, and we have taken care to pay homage to our spectacular setting. We are embracing elegance in a refreshed way, re-imagining service standards for a modern traveler where respect for time, restoration and connection is paramount,” said Marc Doubles, general manager.

Opening rates start at approximately $670 per night and include airport transfers, daily buffet breakfast, property-wide WiFi and access to Le Fitness and Le Spa wellness center.
