Mexico’s Casa Colina Offers 20 Percent Commission for 2012

Casa Colina, a private, six-bedroom luxury villa in the state of Jalisco, is offering agents a 20 percent commission for any bookings in 2012. Bookings must be made by Aug. 31, 2012.

Located between Acapulco and Puerto Vallarta, nightly rates to rent the private Casa Colina villa include a low-season rate this summer through Sept. 30, 2012, of $2,900 per night, as well as a mid-season rate Oct. 30 to Nov. 30, 2012, of $3,800 (this rate is also offered Feb. 1 to April 30, 2013) and a high season rate of $4,900 from Dec. 1, 2012, to Jan. 31, 2012.

Casa Colina also offers a 5 percent discount per room not needed. Rates include airport pickup and drop-off, chef, staff and laundry, but exclude food, beverages and phone, which are charged at actual cost without markup.
