Newly Opened Magdalena Grand Beach Resort Celebrates Easter with 15 Percent Discount

The Magdalena Grand Beach Resort (http://www.MagdalenaGrand.com) will celebrate Easter with special amenities and commemorate the opening of the first four-star beachfront property on Tobago in 12 years by treating guests to a 15 percent introductory discount on all reservations made for travel by April 14, 2012.

The resort has announced exciting family activities for the Easter holiday to be held on Saturday April 7, 2012 and Sunday April 8, 2012. Children can hop around at the Easter bonnet parade, search for the golden egg in an Easter Egg Hunt and even meet the Easter bunny.

The Magdalena Grand Beach Resort is also offering holiday themed meals such as an Easter Saturday poolside barbecue for $32 per person and an Easter Sunday brunch for $42 per person for those 12 and over. For Easter themed and regular meals, children four years and younger eat free and those five to 12 receive a 50 percent discount off the adult price.

In addition, families can hop into the resort's complimentary Club Cee Cee Kid's Club, available to children four to 12 years old. Guests under four years of age are able to attend with a parent or adult. Club Cee Cee features arts and crafts, movies, a library, board games, a nature learning center and computer/technology area. Outdoor activities are also available.

The resort contains 22 one- and two-bedroom suites, each with its own private balcony and private Jacuzzi. The resort's one- and two-bedroom suites include a king bedroom, two double beds, parlors with a pull-out sofa bed, and a private Jacuzzi on the large terrace. The property also offers 178 deluxe ocean front rooms with king-size or two double beds. Rooms start at $280.50 per room, per night (reflecting the 15 percent discount), based on double occupancy. Two children up to 12 years of age are free-of-charge when sharing a room with two full-rate paying adults. The rate for each additional person sharing a room is $61.50 per night. Group rates are available for reservations made with a minimum of 10 rooms.

Guests can choose from two meal plan options, which are added on to the cost of a nightly stay. The MAP is $65 per person, per night, with tax and service charges included and provides breakfast and dinner. The Full American Plan (FAP) is $100 per person, per night, with tax and service charges included and provides three meals daily.

The Magdalena Grand Beach Resort offers several restaurants, bars and casual dining options including the Pembrois Buffet, the resort's main restaurant; Kali'na fine dining restaurant; Robinson Crusoe Pub; Tavaco Lounge Piano Bar (situated in the lobby); Salaka Grill, a poolside and beachfront grill and Li'l Nylon Pool, a swim-up pool bar.
