Nickelodeon Hotels' Punta Cana to Make its Debut
Nickelodeon Hotels' first-ever international hotel property will make its debut in Punta Cana, The Dominican Republic, on June 11.
Members of the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana Travel Specialist Program will have access to exclusive promotions, added values and marketing tools. Specialists will also be acknowledged as such on the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana website to help them drive bookings, receive an exclusive three-day fam trip to the upscale property, and have access to the Karisma Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultant Awards with special category recognition.
In order to become a Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Travel Specialist, agents must book at least three reservations. They must then achieve a minimum of 12 bookings for Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana as of December 31 to maintain their status for 2017. Bookings must be registered on the Karisma Travel Agent Portal, www.karismatravelagents.com, under the Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultant or Agent Rewards profiles. Once bookings are registered, agents in good standing will be listed as a Nickelodeon Travel Specialist on www.nickresortpuntacana.com/Specialist. This program is open to all agents who are registered as Agents Rewards or Karisma Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultants in the travel agent portal. Bookings made at any time qualify. Group reservations are considered one booking.
About the Hotel
Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana's Pineapple Villa comes with private butler service.
Located on the Uvero Alto beach in the Dominican Republic, the new upscale property will have 208 suites and 10 restaurants. Clients will enjoy Nick-themed twists like surprise slimings and unexpected visits from favorite Nickelodeon characters. Standard rates begin at $345 per adult, per night, with complete a la carte dining, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, full-service concierge, and 24-hour room service.
Clients may also choose to book one of four exclusive, two- and three-bedroom "Super Villas," providing upwards of 2,200 square feet of space each, including the "Pineapple Villa." The two-bedroom, three-bathroom accommodation is inspired by the famous home of Nickelodeon's "SpongeBob SquarePants," and also incorporates all the signature amenities found in the resort's "Pool Super Villas."
Guests enter through a special foyer inspired by SpongeBob's home at 124 Conch Street in "Bikini Bottom," which opens onto indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private master with with a king size bed, smart TV, closets, a marble bathroom with double sinks, an indoor shower, and an outdoor shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is on the upper level of the villa's loft-style living room and has two single beds, a TV and a private bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed, dining room, TV, play area, storage space, a full bathroom and access to the Suite's private gardens and patio, where guests can relax in the villa's signature infinity pool, sun bathing beds and a dining and living area.
The villa comes with private butler service, in which guests fill out a pre-arrival questionnaire on their preferences and needs. On site guests get a private orientation of the property, activity bookings, preferred access to all the restaurants and spa, and daily premium magazines and newspapers. The private butlers can also take care of arranging custom private activities, such as a moonlight beach dinner, wine tasting, an in-suite afternoon tea party, pizza party or pajama party for the kids.
Rates at the Pineapple Villa start at $3,800 per night for up to four adults and two children or two adults and six children, including the Gourmet Inclusive Experience of all gourmet meals served a la carte, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, 24-hour room service and full service concierge.
Suites will include such features as Jacuzzis, private patios, wrap-around terraces or balconies, and 24-hour in-room dining options. Plus, all guests will enjoy "Got You Covered" amenities like complementary baby food, strollers, cribs, kids’ spa robes and baby bottle warmers for infants and toddlers.
The Art of Dining Out
There will be 10 Gourmet Inclusive restaurants on the property, two "Gourmet Corners," four bars and lounges, and the Doppio Coffee Shop. Dining options will range from kid-friendly to elegant. Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana will also include an array of innovative and fun food and beverage options at themed restaurants that reflect the brand, with unexpected colors, imaginative food samples, "Slime Smoothies," and characters realized through tropical fruits and vegetables.
Relax and Rejuvenate
Adventures can be balanced with relaxation at the resort thanks to Vassa Spa’s herbal steam room, dry sauna, chromo therapy showers, bubble beds, whirlpool, and arctic and warm water pools. Clients will be able to escape into one of five treatment suites, couple’s suite, luxurious bridal suite, or one of five “al fresco” outdoor treatment areas for those craving a little sand with their spa.
