Princess Beach Resort & Casino Curacao Agreement with SuperClubs Breezes Ends after 10 Years

Owner company PB Investment NV announces that talks are held with several international Hotel operations interested in taking over the management of the hotel that up to now is known under the name of Breezes Resort Spa and Casino, Curacao. On June 30th the management agreement with the SuperClubs Breezes Resorts chain will expire.

Various international chains have already been evaluating and worked on due-diligence on how they intended to further develop this property. Based on these intentions they will submit a proposal within a few weeks to ownership for evaluation. The intention is to sign a new management agreement by the end of April 2012.

The ‘all inclusive’ concept will stay in place and all advanced plans for a thorough renovation of the resort to the level of a ‘four stars’ hotel will continue as scheduled. In the meantime as of July 1st the hotel will operate as the Princess Beach Resort and Casino Curacao without interruption and the management changes will not have any effects towards the suppliers or employees of the property. All reservations are honored and new ones will be welcomed.
