San Juan’s Verdanza Hotel is putting together packages for meetings. The hotel offers 15,000 square feet of flexible and creative meeting space and full meeting services for events.
Verdanza’s Group Package presents a wide variety of value added perks including welcome beverage and cold towel upon arrival; private check-in upon request; pre-convention meeting; unlimited access to the fitness center, which features state-of-the-art training equipment; unlimited access to the business center; Wi-Fi in meeting rooms and public areas, as well as high-speed Internet access in guestrooms; complimentary use of meeting space based on group proportion; discount card for shopping at Macy’s, customized with group name; 10 percent discount on Dollar Rent-A-Car during the group dates; 15 percent VIP discount card to be used at Eighty 20 Bistro and Coladas Restaurant; and custom page on hotel’s website for the group, allowing members to make their reservations online.
In addition, planners can choose two of the following add-ons free of charge: one-hour wine and cheese cocktail reception; welcome Puerto Rican gift per room; services of a professional barista at a morning or afternoon break of your choice; complimentary self-parking for group’s registered delegates (up to 10 parking spaces); 10 percent discount in audiovisual services, LCD projector, screen and sound system; wellness break with Shiatsu massages by Body Healers; group morning stretch (a 45-minute stretching session) prior to the start of the day’s scheduled activities; and one complimentary guestroom for every 25 booked guestrooms.
Verdanza’s Planners Rewards Program offers the planner of any group with minimum revenue of $15,000 their choice of one of the following: four-day/three-night stay at any member hotel of Summit Hotels & Resorts in the continental U.S., a credit of $1,000 for the Group’s Master Account, a $1,000 gift card of your choice; and a 10 percent commission of total room revenue before taxes.
