Sandals Opens New Golf School in Jamaica’s Ocho Rios

Travel Agents from all across the United States and Canada had a chance to experience the new Sandals Golf School at Sandals Golf & Country in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

The School is led by PGA instructors and powered by Nike Golf and is the first of its kind in the destination. It is open to both Sandals guests and to the public with private lessons, multi-day training sessions and corporate golf retreats, as well as having access to all the latest amenities and technology that have been designed to better your performance.

As part of the teaching process the school have added access to 1,000 sq foot of teaching centre with the latest technology to allow each player to study their performance with software that allows instructors to keep track of player’s progress.

Also available are four hitting bays allowing golfers to hit balls to outdoor greens, And a 10,000 square yard short game teaching area, helping player master shots within 100 yards.

Sandals Golf and Country Club includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a plantation style club house with scenic views of Ocho Rios and an authentic Jerk Shack.
