Sol Melia Vacation Club Changes Name to Club Melia

Sol Meliá vacation club, part of Meliá Hotels International, with locations in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and Europe, has officially launched its new name as Club Meliá.

Club Meliá now has 27,000 members worldwide, with accommodations in Cancun, Cozumel and Puerto Vallarta in Mexico; Rio Grande in Puerto Rico; Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic; Panama in Central America; and Spain in Europe.

The company has just opened two new destinations for the members of the Club Meliá -- in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and in Marbella on Spain’s Costa del Sol.
