St. Lucia Hotels Offer Health and Wellness Retreat Packages

St. Lucia’s Tourist Board is sponsoring the island’s third annual Health and Wellness Retreat from Nov. 1 to 3, 2013, promoting value-added packages and special rates at participating hotels and resorts.

The three-day event will feature health and wellness classes and seminars at St. Lucia’s historic Pigeon Island National Park led by renowned experts, plus visits to the island’s Sulphur Springs.

Cat Cora, celebrity chef from the Food Network's "Iron Chef America" and Gabrielle Bernstein, a best-selling author, motivational speaker and founder of HerFuture.com, will offer tips and discuss health trends while conducting live demonstrations and fitness clinics.

Participating properties include Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn, Chez Marie Alish, Coco Palm, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, Crystals, Harmony Suites, La Haut Resort, Rendezvous, Royal by Rex Resorts, Smuggler’s Cove Resort & Spa, Sugar Beach, The Body Holiday LeSport and Windjammer Landing.
