St. Lucia's Fond Doux Holiday Plantation is offering 25 percent off winter room rates. Travel must be booked by Feb. 15, 2012, and completed by April 30, 2012.

Fond Doux is also offering a "Warm Winter Retreat" package priced at $2,700 per couple for seven nights' accommodations, daily breakfast, à la carte dining for three nights, airport transfers, a bottle of champagne on arrival, and a choice of two spa treatments.
