At World Travel Market, the Tobago House Assembly has announced plans for a new regional flight, operated by Thomas Cook’s German sister company, Condor, from Manchester to the Caribbean island of Tobago, according to a report by Travel Weekly.

With the arrival on Monday to the Abel Santamaria International Airport of Santa Clara of a flight from Munich, Germany, a new line uniting that country with the Cuban city was officially inaugurated.

JetBlue Airways continues to grow at its South Florida focus city Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood with two new non-stop routes. Beginning May 1, 2014, JetBlue will fly once a day to Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

A new regional flight from Manchester to the Caribbean island of Tobago has been announced at World Travel Market. The Condor service is set to take bookings from next month with the first flights starting in winter 2014, ratcheting up the number of weekly flights to four.
