Priceline reported a 35 percent increase in fourth-quarter revenues over last year, and net income of $175 million, a 72.2 percent increase compared to the prior year. The group's gross profit for the fourth quarter was $478.4 million, a 52.8 percent increase from the prior year. International operations contributed gross profit in the fourth quarter of $374 million, a 68.4 percent increase versus a year ago.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation reported fourth quarter 2010 adjusted EBITDA was $118 million compared to $104 million in the fourth quarter of 2009, an increase of 13.5 percent. Net income attributable to Hyatt was $6 million, or $0.03 per share, compared to net loss attributable to Hyatt of $12 million, or $0.07 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2009.

The Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) has published its operational data for the month of January 2011. In the domestic Brazilian market, which includes data from Pantanal, TAM Airlines maintained its market leadership, accounting for a 43.4 percent market share due to the growth in demand (in RPK) of 17.3 percent, combined with an increase of 12.3 percent in supply (in ASKs), compared to January 2010, which resulted in an increase in load factors of 3.3 p.p. to 79.1 percent, the best rate since July 2006.
