
Cuba grabbed 17 prizes for its presentations at the 34th edition of the Havana International Fair, walking out of the event as the most awarded country during the closing ceremony in which the Excelencias Group won a mention in the Public Relations Category for its Excelencias Turísticas del Caribe y las Américas magazine.

The launch of its latest issue turned out to be an opportunity to contact and share views with businesspeople attending FIHAV, who actually swarmed over the EGREM tent at the Expocuba Fairgrounds as a token of the quality and hard work behind a magazine that’s been around in Cuba over the past twenty years.

Excelencias Turísticas del Caribe y Las Américas 142 and Arte por Excelencias 29 magazines, as well as Excelencias Cuba Guidebook, were launched in Santiago de Cuba.

Stars from the most select gastronomic universe came together in a Cuba that is in crosshairs of top chefs and professionals who presently build plots behind stoves and ranges.

Drinking rum in Cuba is quite usual, enjoying it, calmly tasting it, even with devotion. It’s almost a ritual in certain contexts. But learning how to make it, hearing secrets and ways to do from the horse’s mouth, is a privilege instead of a challenge.
