Nearly 100 years since its original opening, the Gran Hotel Costa Rica, Curio Collection by Hilton has gotten a modern up-do, complete with a rooftop piano bar and indoor gardens.

The Barceló Hotel Group has announced the management of two hotels in Morocco. Located in Tánger and Agadir, the deal will form part of the group’s global expansion plans.

The five-star hotel has 156 luxury suites and is located in one of the most paradisiacal areas on the island. 

Formerly the Riu Palace St. Martin, the property will undergo a US$20 million renovation before re-opening in 2019 under the Secrets brand.

With the new expansion the Aguamarina family oasis area is now more than double the size and offers new experiences and accommodations, says the company.
