Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts says its rebranded Grand Bahia Principe Aquamarine, the first adults-only hotel under the Grand Bahia Principe brand, is getting ready to welcome guests starting Nov. 1.

The design fuses the past and future of Xi’an, showcasing the vibrant history of the region with dynamic visual displays taking guests through five ancient dynasties that once called Xi’an home.

Generator Miami has 105 rooms, in a distinct move into a more boutique space, 65 percent of the rooms are private. While all shared rooms, private suites and female only dorms have en-suite bathrooms.

Spanish hospitality company Barceló Hotel Group will debut its newest project, Occidental IMPZ Dubai, next month.

The junior suites feature connecting rooms, two full baths and a balcony or patio; the master bedroom includes a king bed and two trundle daybeds, and the second bedroom has two double beds.

The hotel has several vibrant spaces and colorful art fixtures, like the neon aloha sign behind the front desk and the wall of colorful Panama hats in the lobby.
