The Hodelpa Nicolas de Ovando Hotel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Zona Colonial in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, unveiled its new Imperial Club.

The property has seven restaurants and six bars – Le Blanc repeat guests will recognize signature restaurant Lumiere, and pastries by Antonio Bachour.

The rebuilt Nikki Beach Saint Barth will reopen on March 30 on St. Jean Beach on the north side of St. Barts.

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has announced plans for the development of Caye Chapel, a private island in Belize featuring magnificent oceanfront estates, private residences and overwater bungalows.

The 96-room Serafina Beach Hotel opened in the Condado district of San Juan this week, thus becoming the first new property to open in Puerto Rico this year. The establishment is New York-based Serafina Restaurant Group's first hotel.

After Hurricane Irma swept through St. Martin in the Caribbean in mid-September 2017, the Hotel La Plantation in Orient Bay has announced it will be having a soft opening on April 16, 2018.
