InterContinental Hotels Group announces the signing of a new-build, 199-room Crowne Plaza® hotel in Medellin, Colombia. The Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand is one of the fastest growing hotel brands in the world, with nearly 400 hotels open across more than 60 countries.

Meetings and convention planners considering an event at the $3.5 billion Baha Mar complex, officially opening next spring on Cable Beach in Nassau, not only will have one of the largest convention facilities in the Caribbean at their disposal but also one of the most art-filled.

The TPC at Baha Mar, designed by Jack Nicklaus, will be the first TPC golf course in the Caribbean. TPC is a chain of courses operated by the Professional Golf Association Tour. 

Sandals Resorts International is commencing with the construction of several new resorts, and is adding new features to existing properties including over-the-water suites at its Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, Jamaica, said CEO Adam Stewart.
