Rancho de Caldera – a private resort/retreat in Caldera, Panama, that includes a home, nine villas, a restaurant, a yoga pavilion, greenhouses and a fruit orchard – will sell at absolute auction Saturday, Sept. 13, with Albert Burney Auctioneers marketing the estate and managing the sale.

The 44-room resort sits on a 25-acre site, overlooking Meads Bay and Turtle Cove with views of the Caribbean Sea. The property was purchased in February 2013 by Chicago-based AJ Capital Partners, which retained Auberge Resorts as a management company.
