Eden Roc at Cap Cana, Solaya Hotel & Resorts’ premier property, announced that it has become a member of Relais & Chateaux, a collection of the world’s finest hotels and gourmet restaurants.

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba has opened its doors on the island’s pristine Palm Beach, marking the hotel group’s sixth luxury resort in the exclusive Caribbean and Mexico portfolio. The property features 320 guestrooms, including 55 suites, with private balconies and sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea.

Meliá is set to operate the all-inclusive Meliá at Baha Mar, in the luxury leisure development Baha Mar. The $3.5 billion investment, comprising 1,000 acres will include five hotels, private residences, gaming, golf, shopping, entertainment, and natural attractions.

The Cabrits Resort and Spa hotel, which is expected to open in 2014, is slated to include a conference facility for more than 100 people, a spa, restaurants and a pool.
