InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) today announced the newest addition to its Latin America portfolio with the opening of the 196-room Holiday Inn Express® Panama Distrito Financiero hotel located in Panama City, Panama. The new hotel features complimentary high-speed Internet access.

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants added a fourth hotel in Miami, the Angler’s Boutique Resort in South Beach, which it will now manage. The property comprises 48 rooms in four stand-alone buildings. Next year work will begin on an 83-room tower that will include a living-room style lobby and rooftop pool.
