Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has closed on a sale of 28 hotels, including hotels under the Sheraton, W, Westin, St. Regis and Luxury Collection brands, to Host Marriott Corporation.
The hotels will remain in the Starwood system and continue to be managed by Starwood under long-term management agreements, according to Starwood.
The Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino has been named recipient of the distinguished American Automobile Association (AAA) Four Diamond award for the fifth consecutive year, recognized for its standard of excellence and dedicated staff.

The Turks & Caicos Club, located next to the island´s snorkeling reef, is offering an American Plan entitled “Snorkel Away on Grace Bay”, a good package for guests to experience the beauty of Provo´s underwater life.
The three-night-and-four-day package is available from April 23 thru October 31 and includes three nights´ accommodation in a one-bedroom Oceanfront Suite on Grace Bay Beach, snorkeling sessions at Provo and daily American breakfast and lunch.
RIU Hotels & Resorts will open its 28th hotel in the Americas and its ninth in the Dominican Republic when it debuts the 612-suite, all-inclusive RIU Palace Punta Cana in Bavaro Beach,the Dominican republic on April 28.
The new resort is the second RIU Palace in Punta Cana and is part of the six-resort RIU complex in that area.
