La Perla International Living, creator of exceptional international living concepts, has purchased Jolly Harbor, the premier marina, golf and beach resort on the island of Antigua, and one of the largest in the whole Caribbean.
This is only the most recent of a series of acquisitions over the past couple of years that is making La Perla one of the leading real-estate groups on the island.
The new Budapest four-star hotel will cost €20 million to build, the Gyor hotel will cost EUR 6m and the Budapest three-star hotel €7 million. There are also plans to open another Ibis hotel in Budapest, at a cost of €10 million.
The Hungarian subsidiary projects sales revenue of €70 million this year, almost level with last year´s figure.
