Belize to Open Ka’ana Boutique Resort & Spa in March

Belize’s newest resort, the Ka’ana Boutique Resort & Spa in the Maya Mountains, located about 90 minutes west of Belize City near San Ignacio, will open its doors on March 17.

The 15-room property is targeted at active travelers seeking a home base while exploring nearby rivers, waterfalls, caverns, Mayan ruins and a pine ridge forest.

Activities that can be booked at the resort include hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking and cultural excursions.

Guest rooms will feature a modern decor with a sitting area, air conditioning, LCD-screen TVs, mini bars and Internet access. Hotel facilities include an infinity pool, a restaurant, a bar and a spa.
