Scrub Island in the British Virgin Islands is offering travelers more than 30 private two- to five-bedroom villas. Part of the first resort development to take place in the British Virgin Islands in more than 15 years, the villas at Scrub Island will open in October and offer an attentive porter and tiered chef service.

Amenities include a spa, 60-slip marina, four restaurants and bars, amphitheatre built of natural stone and astronomy observatory. Ranging from 1,950 to 5,700 square feet of living space, the villas showcase customized furniture, fixtures and ceiling heights, as well as original artwork from local artists.

All units come complete with living and dining rooms, high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, rainforest showers and teak cabinets. The villas bring the outdoors in with an additional 1,200-square-foot terrace with private infinity-edge pools and sweeping views of the tropical foliage on Great Camanoe Island.
