CCRA Introduces Web-based Group Booking Tool

CCRA International, which provides marketing and technology to the travel industry, has introduced CCRA Group Travel Solutions, its new, web-based group booking tool only available to professional travel agents at www.CCRATravel.com.

CCRA has partnered with two group providers, GTA and Hotels.com, to provide agents with access to competitive, professional, streamlined group travel planning. Travel agents can access the new groups functionality simply by clicking on the “Got Groups?” icon on the www.CCRATravel.com portal.

Agents accessing the “Got Groups?” tool complete a group request form and in less than 48 hours are contacted by both of CCRA’s travel partners. One bid will be net, allowing agents to add their own markup, the other will be commissionable.

“By providing our agents with two pricing options, our goal was to create a program that could meet any agent’s business model,” said Mai Meyaart, vice president and managing director at CCRA. “Once the agent has reviewed both proposals, he or she can choose the option that is best for the client and for the agent.”

CCRA Group Travel Solutions is available free-of-charge to registered CCRAtravel.com agents. Agents who use the groups tool are under no obligation to choose an offer.
