Condotti Hotels Group Opens New Luxury Apartments in Miami

After opening in 2014 of Condhotel Montecarlo in Miami, Condotti Hotels Group, which has four hotels in the historic heart of Rome (Condotti Palace, Hotel Condotti, Vatican View and Stay Inn Rome), opens Grand Bay, its second Condohotel in Miami.

The opening of this second prestigious luxury location coincides with the launch of the brand on the international tourist markets 'Mare Azur' with which it has been marketed as early as last year, the first location of Miami.

Located in the Bayshore Court, known exclusive area of the city, just few minutes from South Beach and Downtown Miami, and only five miles from Miami International Airport, Mar Azur Grand Bay has 42 apartments, from 70 to 100 square meters with solutions up to 6 beds, furnished and equipped kitchens with every comfort.

The location is ideal for business traveller and for families segment. Among the services available to guests, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, solarium, sauna, parking and Wi-Fi free. The selection of Grand Bay will be launched on the site of the Condotti Hotels Group and on the main hotel booking websites, with discounts offered from 8 percent to 11 percent.
